IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A government-issued photo ID must be attached to the online Consent/Health Forms. Services will not be performed without valid ID, as required by Georgia and Florida State Law.
HEALTH & SAFETY STANDARDS
We cannot perform procedures on skin with sunburn, rash, infection, open lesions, or other questionable conditions. Services will also be refused to anyone impaired by drugs or alcohol.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Any body artist reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time and for any reason.
CONSENT & HEALTH FORMS
It is crucial to fill out your health & consent forms when booking your appointment. If you are not a suitable candidate due to medical-related issues and have completed your forms, your deposit will be refunded. Failure to complete these forms when booking your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled time. If you reschedule within this window, your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment date. You are allowed to reschedule up to 2 times; after that, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook and pay a new deposit. Please note that all cosmetic tattooing deposits and payments are non-refundable. To reschedule, simply return to your original booking email.
CANCELATION: If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. All Cosmetic Tattoo booking fees are non-refundable. *Cancelations on the day of your appointment will not only forfeit your booking fee but will also be charged 50% of your remaining balance. No exceptions.
LATENESS: Life happens. Which could sometimes result in you running late for an appointment. Unfortunately, if one client is late it affects our whole schedule for the day. Therefore, I reserve the right to deny service to anybody who arrives 15+ minutes past their scheduled appointment. Denied services due to you running late, not showing nor calling will be charged 50% of your remaining balance.
I strongly encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please familiarize yourself with the location. Please allow time for weather, traffic, distance and parking.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure all appointments. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your Cosmetic Tattooing appointment and will be credited towards your procedure.
REMAINING BALANCE: Remaining balance is due immediately upon service
TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS: Your first touchup needs to be completed 5-10 weeks after your initial visit. This touchup is crucial for the best results.
It is important that you schedule your followup as soon as possible to ensure it is scheduled within the 5-10 week window. All followups are schedule on this website or in studio after your first appointment. *Please note that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly at an additional fee.
$125 price increase on Color Boost services if 5-10 week touch up was not completed.
MULTIPLE SESSIONS: Cosmetic tattooing is a multi-step process, and results may vary. Additional sessions (at an extra cost) may be needed for optimal results, especially for clients with oily skin or those requiring color and shape correction. Proper aftercare is essential for the best outcome.
EXISTING PRIOR WORK NOT PERFORMED BY BROW THERAPY: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, a consultation will be needed before becoming a brow or lip appointment. Please remember deposits are non refundable. If you book your appointment and pay your deposit before receiving approval, we cannot guarantee you will be approved and you will lose your deposit.
PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR COSMETIC TATTOOING
Pregnant or Nursing Individuals: Hormonal changes and potential risks during pregnancy or breastfeeding may affect healing and results.
People with Certain Medical Conditions: Those with conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or skin diseases might face complications or healing issues.
Individuals with Active Skin Infections: If you have infections or active conditions in the brow area, such as eczema or psoriasis, it’s best to wait until healed.
People on Blood Thinners: Those taking blood-thinning medications or supplements can experience excessive bleeding, which may affect the procedure and healing.
Recent Botox or Neurotoxins: It’s recommended to wait at least 2 weeks after receiving Botox or other neurotoxins to ensure the best results.
Individuals with Allergies to Pigments: If you have a known allergy to pigments or dyes used in tattooing, you should avoid cosmetic tattooing.
Those with Keloid Scarring: People prone to keloid scarring may not be suitable candidates due to the risk of exaggerated scar formation.
Those Who Have Used Accutane: You must wait 12 months after stopping Accutane before getting cosmetic tattooing, as it affects skin healing and pigment retention.
Any Antibiotic Use: Wait at least 2 weeks from the end of any antibiotic treatment before scheduling your appointment, as antibiotics can impact healing.
People with Certain Medications: Some medications may interfere with the healing process or pigment retention; consult with your artist or a healthcare provider if you’re unsure.
People with Recent Sunburn: Sunburned or overly sensitive skin in the treatment area may not heal well and could affect the outcome.
Anyone with Unrealistic Expectations: Those who have unrealistic expectations or specific aesthetic demands that might not align with the natural results of cosmetic tattooing.
